je prefère le curry en pate (jaune, rouge ou vert) ... mais le vert ca pique un peu quand meme!
l'arome est plus fin, la texture meilleure. je l'utilise pour mon poumet curry http://french.alibaba.com/product-fr...-11921694.html (il y a des marques en supermarché, autres que celle ci, c'etait pour un exemple de conditionnement)
