Hey guys,
I recently came across an article about games running under Windows Vista 32 bit (which I have) and decided to try out the solution. After installing the hotfix, my EU3 is running much faster, and crash free! I am including the original article below, although if the moderators feel this is against the rules etc. feel free to remove the link. As a note this hotfix is still in development and not officially supported by Microsoft yet. Enjoy!
